Poland is part of the Schengen area, so entry rules are Schengen rules. Citizens of the EU/EEA, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Brazil and many other visa-exempt countries may enter Poland visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period for tourism or business (trade-fair attendance counts as business). Nationals of countries without a Schengen visa-waiver agreement (for example India, China, Turkey, Nigeria, the Philippines) must obtain a Schengen Type C short-stay visa before travelling — fee EUR 90 for adults, typically issued within 15 calendar days, biometrics required, and an invitation/registration confirmation from the trade fair plus hotel and travel bookings should be attached. There is no visa on arrival. Apply at the Polish consulate covering your place of residence at least 4–6 weeks before the show.
