    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tradeshowintel.com and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TradeShowIntel ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    1. Eligibility & Accounts

    The Service is intended for business users aged 18 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login (we use email one-time-password authentication) and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

    2. Services

    TradeShowIntel provides trade show intelligence, exhibitor data, and content services, including:

    • Exhibitor Spotlight Blogs — from $100 (shared) / $250 (exclusive): AI-assisted blog posts about your company, reviewed by our editorial team and published on TradeShowIntel.com with a backlink to your site.
    • Event Listings — free: Curated listings of your trade show or event, manually reviewed and published on the Site. An enriched exhibitor directory for an organizer’s own website is a separate no-cost partnership in exchange for recognising TradeShowIntel as a Media Partner or Technology Partner; the partner recognition and delivery plan are agreed before work begins.
    • Exhibitor Lists — quoted per event, up to $500: Enriched lists of exhibitors for specific trade shows, accessible through your account. Pricing is confirmed in your quote before payment.
    • Free content: blog posts, guides, glossary, event calendar, and directory.

    3. Orders & Payment

    All paid services require payment in full before delivery. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the stated charge and confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. Billing questions: billing@tradeshowintel.com.

    4. Spotlight Content

    • Spotlight articles are written for you, with AI assistance, from researched and curated information about your company, and reviewed by our editorial team. You can edit your draft before submission.
    • We may make minor editorial adjustments for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and legal compliance.
    • Once published, spotlights remain on TradeShowIntel.com indefinitely. Removal requests are handled case-by-case.
    • You warrant that the information and any edits you submit are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights, and that you have authority to publish them on behalf of the company being spotlighted.
    • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the published spotlight, including via RSS, sitemaps, social, and partner channels.

    5. Exhibitor Data

    Exhibitor lists are compiled from publicly available sources and enriched through our data partners (including DomainEnrich). Data is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, currency, or fitness for any specific purpose. Lists are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to build a competing dataset.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on TradeShowIntel.com — including text, design, software, data compilations, and tools — is owned by TradeShowIntel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

    7. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
    • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without our written permission.
    • Use the Service for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purposes.
    • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent our infrastructure or security measures.
    • Use exhibitor or contact data in violation of applicable privacy or anti-spam laws (e.g., CASL, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

    8. Refunds

    • Spotlight blogs: refundable only if we have not yet begun editorial review. Once published, no refunds.
    • Event listings: refundable only before manual review begins. Once approved or published, no refunds.
    • Exhibitor lists: no refunds after delivery, as the data becomes immediately accessible.

    9. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be complete or current.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeShowIntel and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeShowIntel, its affiliates, partners (including Habsy.ai and DomainEnrich), and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

    12. Third-Party Services

    The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Lovable Cloud, Habsy.ai, and DomainEnrich. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

    13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any breach of these Terms or to protect our users or platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law).

    14. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
