Build Expo 2024 took place from August 16-18, 2024 at Rail Mahal in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The 3-day tradeshow was organized by Prompt Tradefairs (India) Pvt Ltd and featured a comprehensive showcase of furniture, furnishings, interior and decorative items, automobiles, decorative glass, beds and mattresses, modular kitchens, and consumer durables.

The event attracted an estimated 25,000 visitors and 500+ exhibitors based on previous edition patterns. Rail Mahal, located at Cauvery Railway Officers Club on Trichy-Dindigul Road, served as the venue with its air-conditioned halls capable of accommodating 700 seated guests or 900 floating guests.

The expo contributed to Tiruchirappalli's growing reputation as a regional exhibition hub, hosting multiple trade events throughout 2024 across various sectors including construction, property, and consumer goods.
