Put manufacturability on your electronica agenda
Eurocircuits connects PCB fabrication, assembly and online design review in one European manufacturing workflow. For engineers moving from a working layout to a buildable prototype, the useful conversation is how board technology, component selection and assembly preparation affect the same order.
- Compare panel-sharing and non-pooling options before committing a conventional PCB layout.
- Explore microvia fan-out for a fine-pitch component without assuming the entire board needs custom HDI.
- Trace a BOM and component placement list through assembly checks and procurement.
- Bring a real design challenge to Hall C3, Booth 400, where Eurocircuits is inviting PCB and PCBA project discussions.
The essentials for your visit
- Eurocircuits specialises in PCB prototypes and small series, with manufacturing and assembly facilities in Germany and Hungary.
- STANDARD pool offers conventional FR-4 fabrication with pooling and non-pooling choices, plus assembly.
- HDI pool adds microvias for fine-pitch component layouts within predefined build-ups.
- PCB Assembly supports SMT, through-hole and mixed technology on boards manufactured by Eurocircuits.
- The free PCB/PCBA Visualizer checks uploaded design data for manufacturability; it does not replace functional validation.
- Meet the team at electronica, 10–13 November 2026, Hall C3, Booth 400. Friday closes at 15:00.

A manufacturing partner for the next board revision
Eurocircuits serves electronics designers who need bare boards or assembled prototypes while keeping fabrication, component procurement and assembly preparation connected. Its own European facilities sit behind an online workflow for pricing, data review and ordering.
The wider portfolio includes PCB proto, DEFINED IMPEDANCE pool, RF pool, IMS pool, SEMI-FLEX pool and solder-paste stencils, alongside component sourcing and Parts Pre-Order. Our shortlist focuses on the decisions many electronica engineering and NPI teams face: a conventional board, a layout constrained by a fine-pitch package, and the path to an assembled unit. The Visualizer is the common preparation layer across those services.
Who should make time for Eurocircuits?
Prioritise this conversation if your next milestone depends on turning design files into a manufacturable PCB or PCBA, particularly when the team is still refining the layout or BOM.
Good fit if you
- design embedded controllers or sensor interfaces and need a prototype manufacturing route.
- manage NPI and want fabrication and assembly reviewed together.
- need to fan out a fine-pitch BGA within a predefined HDI build-up.
- buy small series and want to compare quantity, delivery and panel-sharing options.
Skip if
- you need assembly of bare boards made by another supplier.
- your immediate requirement is high-volume production rather than prototypes or small series.
- you need stacked microvias; the published HDI design guidance supports staggered microvias.
For special build-ups or requirements outside the configurator, send the design for engineering evaluation before treating an online price as an accepted production specification.
Three routes from layout to hardware
These are established Eurocircuits offerings to discuss at electronica. Choose the manufacturing route around the design constraints, then decide whether to add assembly.
STANDARD pool

STANDARD pool is the broad FR-4 fabrication route for conventional prototype and small-series boards, supplied as single circuits or panels and available with assembly. Its configurator distinguishes panel-sharing options from a dedicated non-pooling production panel, so a change in build-up or processing option can change the commercial route. Upload the PCB data to review parameters and reported manufacturing issues, then compare the quantity and delivery matrix. For an embedded controller revision, a useful evaluation is to see which layout or finish choices remain poolable and which require a separate panel, leaving the team with a clear specification and quotation basis.
HDI pool

HDI pool addresses layouts where a fine-pitch package needs microvias and compact fan-out while much of the PCB can use conventional technology. The service uses predefined FR-4 build-ups and distinguishes poolable from non-poolable parameters. The design guidance supports staggered microvias rather than stacked vias, so component pad geometry and the available layer transitions matter early. For a compact controller using a BGA, review the package footprint and escape routing against a candidate build-up; the useful outcome is a feasible routing approach and a list of constraints to take back into CAD. Routability alone does not establish signal integrity, EMC or thermal suitability.
PCB Assembly

PCB Assembly turns Eurocircuits-manufactured bare boards into assembled prototypes or small series using single- or double-sided SMT, through-hole or mixed technology. Upload the PCB design together with the bill of materials and component placement list; the Visualizer exposes reported assembly issues before ordering. Eurocircuits sources components, while parts it cannot source can be supplied by the customer. For a sensor interface board, follow a polarised component from its BOM identity to footprint and placement, then review any procurement issue. The outcome should be an agreed component and assembly data set, with inspection coverage and the remaining product-level validation responsibilities understood.
What changes the sourcing decision
The useful signals are the details that change layout choices, supplier scope or the handover to production.
Panel-sharing economics
STANDARD poolPooling shares a production panel; non-pooling uses a panel dedicated to the job. Compare the design options that trigger each route before changing suppliers solely on headline price.
HDI is a design choice
Staggered microviasA successful BGA escape depends on footprint geometry, pin use and build-up. Reuse of a layout from another fabricator may require changes to fit this service.
Assembly scope is coupled
Eurocircuits boardsThis is a combined manufacturing route. A team transferring assembly alone would also need to move PCB fabrication or choose another assembly arrangement.
Digital checks have a boundary
ManufacturabilityDRC, DFM and assembly review can expose data and production issues. Keep electrical functionality, system EMC and thermal verification in your own qualification plan.
Procurement belongs early
BOM and Parts Pre-OrderThe event programme includes BOM Editor and Parts Pre-Order discussions. Resolve critical component availability before freezing the manufacturing release.
- Panel-sharing options
- European production
- BOM-led preparation
We would prioritise a design-specific walkthrough over a general presentation: it exposes whether the manufacturing rules, component route and review workflow fit the way your team releases hardware.

Build a two-stage visit around your project
Published visitor exhibition hours are 09:00–18:00 on 10–12 November and 09:00–15:00 on 13 November, Munich local time. The sequence below is TSI editorial advice, not a booked appointment.
Establish the manufacturing route
Suggested first conversation- Within 09:00–18:00
Start with your application, target quantity and the design constraint that may determine STANDARD pool versus HDI pool.
- During the same visit
Walk through a prepared layout or BOM example and capture the specific changes needed for a quotation or engineering review.
Close the handover
- After your technical discussion
Send the agreed design revision and missing component details, and request a written manufacturing and assembly scope.
- Friday: before 15:00
If returning on the final day, finish outstanding questions within the shorter visitor opening hours and agree a post-show contact.
Choose a day that fits your itinerary and arrange a discussion directly with Eurocircuits if a particular specialist is needed.
Five questions that turn a visit into a decision
Use your actual board and component data to make the answers actionable.
For STANDARD pool, which options in this board move it from pooling to non-pooling?
Establish the fabrication cost drivers and whether a specification change is acceptable before comparing quotes.
For HDI pool, can this BGA fan-out fit the available build-up using staggered microvias?
Decide whether the package and routing strategy fit the service before investing in a complete layout.
For PCB Assembly, how will you resolve a BOM part whose footprint or placement data does not match?
Agree the correction and approval responsibility so procurement and assembly use the same released revision.
For PCB Assembly, which parts can you source, and which should we supply or place through Parts Pre-Order?
Identify purchasing responsibilities and component risks before fixing a delivery expectation.
For our assembled board, what inspection evidence is supplied and what functional testing remains with us?
Define the acceptance package and budget for the product validation that manufacturing checks do not cover.
