Poland is a Schengen state. EU/EEA and Swiss citizens travel freely. Nationals of the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea and other visa-exempt countries may enter for business, trade fairs or tourism for up to 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa. Nationals of visa-required countries need a Schengen Type C short-stay visa: standard adult fee EUR 90 (children 6–12 EUR 45), typically 15 calendar days processing (extendable to 45 in individual cases), applied for at the Polish consulate or visa centre covering your place of residence. Carry an invitation/registration confirmation from Ptak Warsaw Expo, accommodation proof and business travel purpose documentation for the interview and border checks.
