    Edition recap

ISA International Sign Expo 2025: 'No Limits'

ISA International Sign Expo 2025 was held April 23–25 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event carried the theme of “No Limits,” a spirit that ISA President and CEO Lori Anderson said was clearly reflected in attendees. “They were there to find ways to grow their companies, no matter what else was occurring outside of their business,” she said. “The new ideas they found, the connections they made, and the products they explored have set them on the course for success throughout 2025.”

The show closed with nearly 18,000 registered attendees, surpassing the 2023 event held in Las Vegas. The number of exhibitors (600+) was the highest since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite headwinds of economic pessimism, travel restrictions, and tariffs, many exhibitors started the final day with “sold” signs on their equipment, and others remarked it had been their best show in years.

Education remained a major draw. Attendees capitalized on insights from industry thought leaders in more than 30 education sessions, with attendance up 28%. Hands-on learning opportunities included Demo Depot, The Wrap Experience™, and the Sign Shop Spectacular!, while sold-out networking events like Women Leading the Industry and ISA Rocks: THE Industry Party provided opportunities to build relationships.

New partnerships broadened the event’s reach in 2025. The experiential design organization SEGD and sign industry franchisor Signarama co-located their annual gatherings alongside the expo.

    Impact

    A bigger and stronger platform

ISA International Sign Expo is the sign, graphics, print, and visual communications industry's largest and most influential gathering in North America. The 2025 edition, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, closed with nearly 18,000 registered attendees—surpassing the 2023 event held in the same city—and more than 600 exhibitors, the highest exhibitor count since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite headwinds of economic pessimism, travel restrictions, and tariffs, exhibitors reported strong sales and many booths displayed 'sold' signs on their equipment by the final day. The event featured sold-out networking events including Women Leading the Industry and ISA Rocks: THE Industry Party, and new partnerships broadened its reach with experiential design organization SEGD and sign industry franchisor Signarama co-locating their annual gatherings alongside the expo. ISA President and CEO Lori Anderson attributed the success to the 'No Limits' theme: attendees were there to find ways to grow their companies no matter what else was occurring outside of their business. The expo consistently delivers measurable return on investment for both attendees and exhibitors, with many exhibitors reporting it as their best show in years and requesting expanded booth space for future editions

    Audience quality

    High-value decision-makers

ISA Sign Expo consistently draws a high-quality, decision-maker-heavy audience that exhibitors describe as exceptional. At the 2024 edition, ISA President and CEO Lori Anderson noted that exhibitors were 'wowed by the quality of attendees who were interested in buying,' with many saying it would take months to follow up on all the quality leads they gathered. The 2025 show continued this trend, with attendees arriving with specific goals—exploring machines, gaining education, and investing in new materials. First-time visitors and long-time attendees alike reported finding value in discovering new products and connecting with manufacturers. The event attracts professionals from across the sign, graphics, print, wrap, and visual communications industry, including sign company owners, production managers, designers, installers, and manufacturers, from over 70 countries. For the upcoming 2026 edition, 88 percent of attendees are identified as influencers in purchasing and strategy

    Exhibitor outcomes

    Real business growth

ISA Sign Expo delivers measurable ROI for exhibitors across multiple editions. At the 2025 event, exhibitors reported strong sales despite concerns around tariffs, travel, and inflation, with many booths displaying 'sold' signs on equipment early on the final day, and several exhibitors remarking it had been their best show in years. At the 2024 edition, exhibitors consistently reported that they gathered quality leads requiring months of follow-up, with several stating it was by far their best show ever and requesting to expand their booths for 2025. Exhibitors at the 2022 edition, which marked the industry's return to in-person events, reported unquestionable ROI from reconnecting with current customers and meeting new prospects, with Graphic Solutions Group more than doubling sales compared to the previous show. VWP countries include most European Union nations, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Chile, Israel, and Qatar, among others. Canadian citizens generally do not require a visa or ESTA for business visits. Mexican citizens may use a valid B-1/B-2 visa or the Border Crossing Card for business travel. Travelers from non-VWP countries must apply for a B-1 visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate. Nationality-specific rules are subject to change; always verify with the U.S. Department of State before travel

The United States accepts ATA Carnets for the temporary duty-free importation of commercial samples and professional equipment. ATA Carnets can be used for goods intended for use at trade shows and exhibitions. However, samples that are intended to be consumed or given away at a trade show are not allowed under an ATA Carnet; the Carnet is primarily for goods that will be re-exported, not for goods consumed or discarded within the U.S. The Carnet is valid for one year and eliminates the need to post a customs bond or cash deposit. If shipping supplies or goods valued over $2,500, a Temporary Importation Under Bond (TIB) or Carnet is recommended. Contact the Port of Entry prior to travel and mark items 'Not for Sale.'
