People Tech Forum

The People Tech Forum 2026 is an event dedicated to innovative technologies and solutions for the training and human resources sector, taking place on October 1-2, 2026 at Fondazione Golinelli in Bologna, Italy. Organized by Ecosistema Formazione Italia (EFI), it targets HR, L&D, CIOs, CTOs, training managers, public administration, technology platforms, startups, consultancies, and institutions. The event focuses on innovation for training and human resources, featuring topics like GenAI, AR/VR, gamification, cybersecurity, and more. EFI is a national association promoting growth and innovation in training and human resources, with over 750 members and 150 partners across Italy.
