Nordic Fitness Expo

The Nordic Fitness Expo is Finland's largest fitness trade show, scheduled for August 29-30, 2026, at the Lahti Messukeskus in Lahti, Finland. This is the 31st edition of the annual event, which includes the Fitness SM championships across eight disciplines, bodybuilding competitions, arm wrestling, and fitness model contests. The expo features exhibitors showcasing fitness products, supplements, apparel, and equipment, with booth pricing at €80 per square meter. The event is organized by KP Fitness Productions Oy and co-operates with several Finnish sports associations.
