Book flights to Helsinki-Vantaa (HEL), Finland's main international gateway. From the airport, take a train to Hyvinkää station (approximately 47–60 minutes with a change at Tikkurila) or a direct bus (approximately 55 minutes). Alternatively, pre-book a private transfer (from approximately €118). For those flying private, Hyvinkää Airfield (HYV/EFHV) is the venue itself and can accommodate light to midsize jets. (

Finland is a Schengen Area member. EU/EEA and Swiss citizens do not require a visa and may enter with a valid passport or national identity card. Citizens of approximately 60 visa-exempt countries (including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and others) may enter for business purposes for up to 90 days within any 180-day period without a visa, but will need ETIAS authorisation from late 2026. All other nationalities must obtain a Schengen Short-Stay Visa (Type C) before travel. A business visit for trade fair attendance is made on the Schengen C visa with a company invitation letter from the Finnish host
