JFEX Summer 2027 is the 10th edition of the international food and beverage trade show held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 30 to July 2, 2027. It features four specialized exhibitions covering processed food, wine & spirits, premium food, and fresh food. The event is organized by RX Japan and co-organized by JETRO, with support from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (planned). It provides a platform for business negotiations with international buyers and decision-makers.
