Visitors from Visa Waiver Program countries — the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of the EU and EEA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Chile and others — can attend ISSA Show North America 2026 on an approved ESTA (USD 21, submitted online at esta.cbp.dhs.gov, valid two years, multiple entries). Apply at least 72 hours before departure; attending meetings, trade shows and conferences is a permitted ESTA activity. Visitors from countries outside the VWP — including India, China, Brazil, most of Africa and much of the Middle East — need a B-1 business visitor visa: file Form DS-160, pay the USD 185 MRV fee, and attend an interview at a US embassy or consulate, so start 3–6 months ahead where appointment queues are long. Carry a printed invitation letter, show registration confirmation and proof of onward travel and accommodation; B-1 status covers attending the show, staffing a booth and negotiating orders, but not paid employment in the United States. Canadian citizens generally enter visa-free with a valid passport, and Mexican citizens can use the B-1/B-2 visa or the Border Crossing Card.
