Registration and badge collection are located at the East Entrance and South Entrance. Visitors should bring their Fast Track Pass to self-scan at registration and collect their badge. Free Visitor pass holders receive their Fast Track Pass immediately upon completing registration; conference pass holders receive theirs once payment is confirmed (immediately for card payments, or once an invoice is paid).
Ticket notes
Exhibition entry is free of charge for all visitors; only conference sessions require a paid pass. Children under 16 are not permitted in the exhibition halls (babies in arms/prams admitted with a supervising carer). Group discounts on conference passes: 10% off for 2 passes, 15% off for 3 passes, 20% off for 4 or more passes, applied automatically at group booking. Student discounts on conference passes are available on request via the registrations team. Lost Fast Track Passes can be reissued by contacting the registrations team.
