What is included in registration?

Registration includes access to educational sessions including keynotes and sponsored programs, the exhibit hall, digital proceedings provided by the faculty, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and receptions. Hands-on labs and offsite events may require separate registration or fees

Kansas City is the only conference location that currently offers guest passes. We do not offer guest or exhibit hall passes for other four conferences. Anyone who wishes access to the conference in any capacity must be a paid registrant

Can I register multiple people at once?

Yes! You can register up to 10 people per ticket type in a single transaction and pay all at once. After submitting payment, you'll be directed to complete the registration details for each individual

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendees may cancel for a full refund, less a $100.00 service charge. The cancellation deadline for Long Beach is November 4, 2026. All cancellations must be in writing via email to events@DVM360.com. No refunds are available for no-shows

Does dvm360 sell attendee or exhibitor lists?

MJH Life Sciences, the parent company of dvm360 and Fetch dvm360 Conferences, does not rent or sell email lists to third parties. MJH does not sell its exhibitor or attendee lists, and no third-party is authorized to distribute or sell any lists related to our events

What is the RACE approval status?
