ExCeL does not operate a permanent public left luggage facility. Cloakroom services appear at some events, run by individual event organisers. The venue cloakrooms (level 0 between N4/S4 and east end level 0) accept coats and luggage for a fee of £1 per item, but cannot store cameras, laptop equipment, or other electronic devices. For longer-term luggage storage, nearby third-party services such as Stasher and Radical Storage operate within the area

The Jubilee line connects at Canning Town, where passengers change to a Beckton-bound DLR train for a two-stop journey to ExCeL.
