Drink Japan 2026 is Japan's only exhibition specialising in the development and manufacturing of beverages, alcoholic drinks and liquid foods, taking place at Tokyo Big Sight on 18-20 November 2026. Around 260 exhibitors present ingredients, packaging, brewing and filling equipment, quality control, sterilisation and recycling technologies, while about 13,000 visitors from beverage, liquor and food manufacturers attend. The event includes roughly 110 seminars and the new Craft Beer Japan programme with a forum, tasting area and industry networking. It is co-located with Food Factory Week exhibitions.
