CheeseExpo 2026 is a major dairy industry event scheduled for April 14-16, 2026 at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and the Center for Dairy Research, it attracts over 4,000 professionals and features educational sessions, networking, and a large exhibit floor showcasing innovations in cheese, butter, whey, and cultured dairy products.
