    Next edition outlook

    2026-10-06 – 2026-10-08
    estimated

The 30th edition of Beautyworld Dubai (formerly Beautyworld Middle East) marks a landmark anniversary and a strategic rebrand. The show is set to build on the record-breaking momentum of 2025, with further expansion in fragrance (new hall at Za'abeel 7 with 220+ exhibitors across 19,000 sqm), four live stages headlined by global beauty icons Mary Phillips, Patrick Ta, Dimitris Giannetos and Josh Lamonaca, and the return of the Next in Fragrance conference. The rebrand to Beautyworld Dubai reflects Dubai's evolution from a market where brands sell to a hub where brands are built and exported globally. Organisers expect continued growth in international attendance, particularly from the US and UK, which have become top-ten visitor markets-. The 2026 edition will span the full beauty supply chain, with dedicated discovery zones for indie brands and start-ups

    Impact

    A bigger and stronger platform

Beautyworld Middle East 2025 marked the most international and influential edition in the show's 29-year history, transforming Dubai into a global powerhouse of beauty innovation, creativity, and professional exchange. The show attracted more than 2,500 exhibitors from 68 countries and a record-breaking 85,297 total visitors from 178 countries, up nearly 20% on 2024. International attendance surged by almost 31%, with standout growth from the USA (+60%), UK (+31%), France (+70%), India (+53%), Italy (+12%), and Spain (+46%). The expanded format included an additional six halls, bringing the total to 22 halls packed with global innovation across fragrance, skincare, beauty tech, packaging, personal care, and salon excellence, making it the largest beauty exhibition ever staged in the region. The event's shift from a regional showcase to a fully international summit was underscored by the debut of Next in Fragrance and Next in Beauty conferences, which brought together over 150 global experts across 52 sessions. New zones such as Natural Notes (sustainable fragrance ingredients) and First Editions (emerging brands) alongside the expanded Quintessence niche perfumery area (over 100 brands) reinforced the show's global appeal

    Audience quality

    High-value decision-makers

The 2025 edition attracted a high-quality, internationally diverse audience of 85,297 trade visitors from 178 countries. International attendance surged 31% year-on-year, with strong representation from Asia, Europe, and the Americas joining a robust GCC contingent. Key growth markets included the USA (+60%), UK (+31%), France (+70%), India (+53%), Italy (+12%), and Spain (+46%). Emerging visitor groups from Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Argentina, Moldova, and Costa Rica also attended, reflecting the show's broadening global pull. Exhibitors and organisers remarked on the exceptional quality of engagement and strong business momentum throughout the event. The show attracted senior decision-makers, with many exhibitors reporting significant footfall and high-level buyer interest

    Exhibitor outcomes

    Real business growth

Exhibitor numbers exceeded 2,500, up more than 25% on 2024 figures. The show drew exhibitors from 68 countries, with 22 national pavilions. Exhibitors reported significant footfall and strong business momentum, with many commenting on the buzz and quality of engagement on their stands. The expanded hall count (22 halls) and new zones such as Natural Notes, Quintessence, and Beauty Beginnings provided exhibitors with enhanced visibility and targeted buyer access. The debut of Next in Fragrance and Next in Beauty conferences offered exhibitors additional thought-leadership and networking opportunities. Anecdotal evidence from Chinese exhibitors cited a 79% increase in participation and a 100% renewal rate, confirming the competitiveness and recognition of Chinese beauty brands in overseas markets

    Market context

Key market insights, trends, news and related events to help you understand the bigger picture.

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) / Middle East & North Africa (MENA)

    Why it matters

Beautyworld Dubai 2026 matters because the global beauty industry's centre of gravity is shifting toward the Gulf. The MENA beauty and personal care market is projected to grow from $51 billion in 2026 to $62 billion by 2031, with the GCC market alone forecast to reach $20.8 billion by 2030. The region has evolved from a sales market into a global innovation hub where Dubai-founded brands like Kayali and Lattafa compete for share in saturated Western markets. The 2025 edition drew visitors from 178 countries, with international attendance up 31% year-on-year, and the rebrand to Beautyworld Dubai reflects the city's emergence as a beauty capital that builds and exports its own brands. For buyers, the show offers direct access to the fastest-growing beauty markets in MENA, Africa and South Asia. For exhibitors, it is the platform to connect with distributors, retailers and decision-makers who determine what gets stocked and sold globally. The 30th edition's expanded fragrance hall, four live stages, and conference tracks on AI, longevity and fragmented consumer behaviour make it the most consequential edition yet

    01

GCC as Global Beauty Innovation Hub

The GCC has evolved from a sales market into a global beauty innovation hub that attracts international buyers, brands, and investment. Dubai-founded brands like Kayali and Lattafa now compete for share of voice in saturated Western markets. The UAE has become one of the world's top-ten perfume exporters by value, with exports up nearly seven-fold over the past decade
