Confirm your intention to participate in the exhibition and submit your booth application — To submit an application through the SPARGO online system, new exhibitors must first create a company record. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis

T-75 (early December 2026)

Pay booth fee ($12,500) — Check payment must be mailed to the designated address of ASCO, or contact SPARGO to confirm other payment methods

T-60 (mid-December 2026)

Confirm booth construction and logistics service provider — ASCO will send an "Exhibitor Service Manual", including transportation, construction, dismantling procedures and service order forms

T-45 (end of December 2026)

Order additional promotional items for your booth — Optional items include: branded table stickers, water stations, carpet stickers, registration/accommodation confirmation bundles and more

T-30 (mid-January 2027)

Confirm private meeting room rental (optional) — Standard rooms are located on Level 1 (same floor as the exhibition area), and Superior/Deluxe rooms are located on Level 2, some with windows

T-14 (end of January 2027)

Confirm exhibit transportation and logistics schedule — Contact the official freight forwarder to confirm the time window for the goods to arrive in San Francisco and be shipped into Moscone West

T-7 (around February 4, 2027)

Confirm exhibitor registration and travel arrangements — The booth includes 5 free full registration quotas (3 for non-profit organizations), and exhibitors must register in the system

T-1 (February 10, 2027)

Booth construction and layout — The construction day is February 10th, and the booth layout must be completed on that day. Check all orders, invoices and shipping documents
