Airport → venue: Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) is the main gateway. The drive to BIEC on Tumkur Road is roughly 40-55 km and typically takes 60-90 minutes depending on traffic. Use an app-based cab or a pre-paid airport taxi; allow extra time during morning peak hours on event days.

Hotel → venue: Staying in Peenya, Jalahalli, Nagasandra, Yeshwanthpur, or Goraguntepalya keeps the drive to BIEC short (roughly 10-25 minutes outside peak hours). Central Bengaluru hotels are about 12-18 km away and can take 45-75 minutes in traffic.
