Most international delegates need a UAE entry permit, though many receive one automatically. GCC nationals and citizens of the UK, EU/Schengen states, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore enter visa-free or receive a free visa on arrival stamped at Dubai International (30–90 days, depending on nationality). Other passport holders — including much of South Asia, Africa and non-GCC Middle East — need a sponsored 30-day single-entry tourist visa arranged through Emirates, Etihad, the conference hotel or a licensed Dubai agency, at roughly AED 350–500 (about USD 95–135) and three to five working days. Indian passport holders holding a valid US visa or Green Card, or a valid UK/EU residence permit, can obtain a 14-day visa on arrival. Apply at least three weeks before 23 October 2026 and carry your registration confirmation and hotel booking.
